Terms of Service
Please read thoroughly

Payment:

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older to order a commission, regardless of content.
  2. Clients' accounts for their preferred payment methods must be their own!
  3. All commissions must be paid up front in full. Payments will be made in USD only.
  4. I do not accept checks, cash, or money orders via mail, nor site-exclusive digital currency, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
  5. Failure to pay the commission within 48 hours of submitting a request form will result in cancellation. (You, however, may resubmit when you are ready.)
  6. Do not send payment without acknowledgement. Any funds sent outside of that would be considered a donation and will not be refunded.
  7. Tips are greatly appreciated but completely optional.
  8. No refunds will be issued after completion of the commission.

 

Process:

  1. Revisions or edits can be performed, however, at the limit of three attempts. These include coloring, editing, etc. Any more attempts beyond the first three will incur extra charges. Be sure to be completely thorough with your submission!
  2. Commissions will be completed once the previous requests are completed. It is first-come, first-served.
  3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, without reason. In this case, I will offer a full refund if no work has been completed, or a partial refund for the difference between work completed and the full price, as well as whatever work has been done.
  4. If at any time the client wishes to cancel the commission, partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of completion of the piece, and at my own discretion.
  5. Average completion time for a commission is 2 to 3 weeks.
  6. I reserve the right to decide to print any works I have made and sell them. However, this can be up for debate.

Conduct:

  1. Commissions are a business transaction. They are not open invitations to make inappropriate advances, comments, role-play, or any other type of harassment.
  2. It is not necessary to ask for updates more than once a week. I will keep my clients informed of any major schedule changes or delays.
  3. I also encourage clients to view my socials via Linktree, as this is updated whenever work has been done and posted.
  4. Should the client fail to heed these rules or become uncooperative, there will be a warning. If undesirable behavior persists after the warning, the commission will be cancelled and refunded according to the process rules, and then blacklisted.

Rights and Uses:

  1. Client may repost and display completed piece as they see fit, provided they do not take credit for the creation of the piece.
  2. Client may NOT reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use my art commercially unless discussed beforehand.
  3. Client may NOT tokenize and/or sell my art as NFTs.
  4. Client may NOT utilize my art in AI training of any sort.
  5. Edits such as resizing or cropping for icons are permitted for the client only. Please do not make heavy edits to my art without permission.
  6. All completed pieces will have a small signature or watermark, which must not be removed.
